Easy Coconut Milk Recipe
If you enjoy coconut milk or use it recipes, but don’t have the time to make it fresh, this is a nice, clean and easy coconut milk recipe using dried, unsweetened, organic coconut. Making coconut milk fresh from young coconuts is a real treat, however we do not always we have the time or the access to young coconuts. This makes it easier for you to keep it on hand and a lot less work opening all those coconuts.
I love to have coconut milk on hand to use in smoothies, or for making coconut ice creams or milks, or even popsicles where you like a coconut base.
What is really nice is adding a little vanilla bean or extract of vanilla to give it a nice flavor. You can also add a half a teaspoon of Chai Seasoning Spice Blend to your coconut milk as it adds a very nice flavor to it.
